How Does Coaching Work?

The first step is information gathering. Our online coach will give a few questionnaires to figure out where you are right now with your goals, your current exercise habits, previous injuries, eating habits, workout equipment availability, food log, and more. With that information, we can start to formulate an individualized plan for you with progressive steps along the way. Our plans are generally written with 6 months of simple progressions so you always keep moving forward, but are flexible to change if life goals and situations change

Our coach will then send you your plan along with every resource you need to ensure you can implement the ideas immediately. Each week, the coach will send a check-in email (or more, we're pretty social creatures here) asking about progress and recording feedback so we can fine tune your program based on your responses. We'll track workout progress, body composition changes, and more to ensure you're getting Ferocious Results.

What's the cost?

Surprisingly little for all that you get. Because of the time intensive onboarding process and all the information we gather when starting with a new client to create the personalized and progressive plan, there is a one time enrollment charge of $1,000 and then it's only $100 each month after to keep us on "retainer" for as long as you like.

Compared to the cost of personal training in-person, where the average session can cost $50-$100 for only one workout, this is incredibly affordable.
